Many of you may have noticed that the updates to the actual site this year have been slow and lacking. I want to apologize for the lack of updates, but I have what I think is a good excuse.
Last fall I returned to school to finally finish my Bachelor's degree. Between work and school there is very little time for anything else. Unfortunelty for the site I am taking a double load of classes this Summer and will not complete my degree until next Spring so the site will be a lower priority until I can get my degree finished.
However, I want to remind everyone that if you need information on something please use the Message Board. There is an unbelievable amount of awesome information on the board and most likely you will find what you are looking for and find some events that you never knew about.
Next year I may be looking for someone who wants to post items on the website and be an Administrator on the site. If you have some free time and think this is something you would be interested in let me know. It is a little too late to start it this year but next year it is definetly something I am thinking about doing.
I will be heading to Nashville for the first few days of CMA Fest week so make sure you are following the Facebook page as I will post any updates there that I come across before the festival actually gets started on Thursday.
The purpose of this site is to provide information on events occuring during the CMA Festival week that are not a part of the "official" CMA Festival. Activities being held as official CMA Festival events can be found on the CMA website at: http://www.cmaworld.com/cma-music-festival/
